1. Long duration of life, plastic formwork can reuse over 50 times, plywood can only use 3 to 5 times, so the cost of plastci formwork is 20%~30% of the steel or bamboo formwork.

2. Totally waterproof, thanks to the nature of plastic, the formwork is absolutely waterproof.

 

3. No release agent needed, good effect of demolding.

 

4. Use on both sides, flat and smooth surface. The template will saperate easily from concrete when it is concreted without mold release. Two pieces of template can be jointed well, flatness and smoothness of concrete  surface reachs requirement for exposted concrete template.

 

5. abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical property, best impermeability.

 

6. Fire Retardation, with Oxygen Index More Than 45
